All about Exercise(update regularly)

To be REAL HEALTHY, You need to exercise.

1. How often should you exercise?---3 times a week.
2. How do you exercise?
    - First type is Jogging, Walking or simple continuous low-moderate intersity exercise. The duration should be 30-60 minutes depending on your persistance but it should not exceed 60 min.
    - Second type is Muscle Building.
